Born of deep interest and regard for others, Erin has centered her life and career around change work, exploration, and edification. In 2013, she began Insights for Social Good, Management Consulting for Nonprofits, in order to assist nonprofit organizations to be as effective, stable, and efficient as possible, while preserving their heart and forwarding their vision.
Erin’s multifaceted perspective and approach to nonprofit management and leadership are informed by her comprehensive work in the nonprofit sector, from entry level roles up to Executive Director; she understands the ins and outs of nonprofit organizations from all angles. Erin also brings extensive experience from her work in the arts, academia, and for-profit spheres.
Having lived and worked throughout the US, as well as Western and Eastern Europe, the Caribbean, South America, Central America, and East Asia, Erin calls Los Angeles home.
In her spare time, she makes art, volunteers as an Emergency Crisis Counselor, practices food preservation, runs daily, and enjoys spending time with her partner Tim, their cat Aonghas and dog Lewis.
